DemoVirPen is a research tool that employs sophisticated visualization and auralization techniques to offer a profound understanding of the multifarious aspects impacting sustainable urban development. The primary objective of this project was to craft an immersive virtual planning and scenario analysis platform that enables users to navigate through an intricately designed, visual and auditory 3D environment, replete with a plethora of added visualizations of selected factors such as noise levels, air quality, and their corresponding health effects. The project was designed to cater to decision-makers and other users in urban planning as well as citizens in general.
